BYOB Paint and Sip — Saturday Nights

Looking for a fun and creative way to spend your weekend? Join us for a 2.5-hour BYOB Paint Social, where you’ll be guided step-by-step to create a beautiful, original painting — no experience needed. Whether you’re flying solo or coming with friends, it’s a relaxed and social way to unwind and get creative.

Choose Your Canvas:

Small (8×10) – $39
Medium (11×14) – $45
All materials included — canvas, paint, brushes, aprons, and setup.

BYOB Details:

Bring your favorite bottle of wine (limit 1 bottle) or two 16 oz (or smaller) cans of beer. We do not sell or provide alcohol at the event.

Adults only (21+)
IDs will be checked at the door. No walk-ins or drop-ins allowed.

Private Group Bookings:

Celebrate a birthday, host a team outing, or just plan a fun night with friends.

$400 for up to 12 guests
$40 for each additional guest
Includes all supplies, setup, and guided instruction

Private events are available on select Friday and Saturday evenings. We come to you or help secure a venue.

About the Instructor:

Jason Budowski is the owner and operator of Bay Area Art School. He has been featured in the de Young Open with his painting Girl on the Beach, and his work has appeared in numerous gallery shows. Locally, you might recognize his public mural Wolf and the Tree of Life, just north of the Taco Bell on Linda Mar Beach.

Trained in classical realism, Jason teaches a growing number of middle schoolers, high schoolers, and adults through a unique fundamentals-based realism program he designed himself. His “edutainment” teaching style blends creative instruction with a sense of humor — expect to learn, laugh, and leave with a smile.
